Winter Farmers Markets Abound in Indy

Winter Farmer Market
Just because the weather has turned colder doesn’t mean you can’t still get farm-fresh produce from the local Farmers Market! Here are some of our favorites in Indy and the surrounding suburbs. If you have one you would like to add, let us know.

Indy Winter Farmers Market

The Indy Winter Farmers Market, organized by Growing Places Indy, is back for its 13th season! This season is a location change to the newly opened AMP, an innovative food hall and marketplace located in the 16 Tech Innovation District on the west side of downtown Indianapolis. The Indy Winter Farmers Market offers a special “triple-match SNAP program,” meaning those with SNAP benefits can turn $20 into $60 of fresh produce, increasing their spending power and access to fresh, healthy food. Check out this Market and The AMP Marketplace and cross two things off your “Cool Things in Indy” to-do list.
